"My 3rd Safari, the 3rd time with Ingrid as the tour leader, and after 7 years back to Tsavo, which had already made an incredible impression back then, and I was still impressed. Once again, with a group of like-minded souls on vacation, in perfectly organized conditions, doing what you love: during the day, capturing the beautiful life of the African wildlife, and in the evenings, enjoying delicious food at the lodges, with Ingrid always there to offer advice and support; nothing is too much. The drivers and their vehicles have been carefully selected by her, so you can photograph perfectly from all angles, and the drivers really have eagle eyes. The next 2 trips have already been booked, and I’m not the only one who keeps coming back. I think that speaks volumes! Asante sana Ingrid, na tutakuona hivi karibuni! This time, in consultation with Ingrid, we managed to arrange the two safaris back-to-back, with a four-day break in between to recharge, which means we spent 23 days with Ingrid.

Wow, what an experience! All the good things, such as attentive, talented, caring, approachable, committed, dedicated, professional, etc., and everything that previous travellers have already described in detail, we can only confirm! Even during those four days in between, she was just like she was on the safaris.

Imagine “all the good things,” but in a slightly more “pole pole vibe”! Tsavo was a very nice area where we saw many four-legged animals and all kinds of birds. Everyone in our wonderful and fantastic group enjoyed it too!

In Tsavo, there was not much traffic when we wanted to observe the animals, whereas in the Mara National Reserve, there were much more people when a leopard or cheetah was seen. 

A short flight took us to Lentorre, where we enjoyed helicopter flights and... four warm summer nights with Ingrid... in the photography hide! ;0) Even there, Ingrid adjusted the cameras of our fun fellow travellers to achieve the best shots. We returned to Nairobi with lots of beautiful pictures and memories.

On the way back, the bean bags were emptied and the rice, along with a few water bottles, was given to the local population. This proves once again that Ingrid has her heart in the right place! What a woman!

Keep it up, Ingrid! We're rooting for you! And according to Pierrette, we're already signed up for next year!

This was my 9th safari with Ingrid. What else can I say? The number says it all... Ultimately, I can only repeat how well everything is organised, how Ingrid is always ready to provide information about photography and animals in her unrivalled way, how comfortable the transport is, how professional the drivers are, how fantastic the lodges are! And, of course, fantastic fellow travellers also help to keep the atmosphere lively! Personally, the Express version was a hit for me: six days of intense safari is definitely enough for an unforgettable experience. And ending it with four days of beach holiday is a nice transition before returning to Belgium. And guess what: the 10th anniversary edition is already planned for next year!!!

We are still reminiscing about our wonderful trip to Tsavo.
It is difficult to convey to those who stayed at home just how unique our trip was. Tsavo is a beautiful area with many different types of landscapes, four-legged animals and birds. Every day there is something different to admire, with special thanks to the drivers, who know the area very well. Ingrid provides a lot of information about the area and the animals and takes plenty of time to help you with your photography. The organisation of the trip, the lodges and the food are all excellent.
In short: enjoy from the very first minute and Hakuna Matata!

It was my first time visiting Tsavo East and West. But what a great trip it was. Not only the surroundings, but also my travelling companions. I had a lot of fun and laughed a lot. Once again, I got lots of tips and took lots of photos. Ingrid took care of everything down to the last detail... I would like to thank her again for all her efforts. Due to a delay in my flight, I missed my connection to Mombasa. Thanks to her tireless efforts, I was able to take the later flight and rejoin the group.
